LEWISTOWN, Ill. (WMBD) -- An employee of Farmington Central Elementary School was charged Tuesday after she tried to solicit a child for sex. According to charging documents from the city clerk's office, prosecutors charged Kelli Miller, 39, of Farmington, after she tried to engage in sexual conduct with a minor who was between the ages of 13 and 17.
