Faribault man accused of felony theft gets probation - Austin Daily Herald

The Faribault man accused in January of stealing two vehicles and a flatbed trailer in July of 2024 has avoided prison time, receiving probation instead. Michael Jace Hesse-Walker, 29, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for both of two charges of felony theft he was convicted with.  Two further charges of felony theft and a gross misdemeanor for giving a false name to a peace officer were dismissed.
