FARGO, N.D. – Fargo School Board members are set to vote Tuesday night on a $45 million plan to build a new school on the Horace Mann site. The proposed Kindergarten through fifth grade school would consolidate students from Horace Mann, Roosevelt and Madison elementary schools.
