Fargo offers new outpatient addiction program for teens

FARGO — Teenagers in need of recovery from substance use disorder will soon have a place to go in Fargo. First Step Recovery at the Village Family Service Center will offer an addiction recovery outpatient program for teens ages 14 to 17.
