Daniel Thomas in court accused of entering migrant site
Thomas admitted one restricted-zone count and denies several other charges tied to alleged disorder and harassment at the Dover site.
On Friday, anti-migrant activist Daniel Thomas, also known as Danny Tommo, appeared via video link at Margate Magistrates' Court in Kent facing charges related to entering a migrant processing centre in Dover.
Court documents show Thomas pleaded guilty to entering a restricted zone at Western Jet Foil on March 31, while denying further charges of harassment and obstructing lawful activity in April.
Thomas is also accused of failing to disclose his mobile phone PIN to police, an allegation his barrister described as "politically charged and fundamentally flawed."
Earlier this week, Thomas was refused bail in a separate case involving the alleged slashing of a migrant dinghy in the English Channel; he remains in custody pending trial on March 1, 2027.
District Judge William Nelson scheduled a further case management hearing at Westminster Magistrates' Court for November 4, with Thomas facing up to 10 years' imprisonment if convicted of criminal damage exceeding £5,000.
