Family cries to her father who died in an accident at I-680 near Alamo

The children of a man who died after a rim from another car came off and hit his windshield on Thursday are honoring his memory. Pedro and Fabián Ruiz described his father, Fernando Ruiz Horta, as kind and unselfish. Ruiz Horta was driving south through Interstate 680 near Alamo on Thursday when a rim detached from another vehicle and crashed into his windshield.
