Fairmont woman charged after officers find marijuana in child's room

FAIRMONT, W.Va. (WBOY) — A woman was charged after law enforcement found children and dogs living in neglectful conditions in Marion County. On July 9, officers with the Fairmont Police Department assisted Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agents execute a search warrant on a residence on Hunsaker Street in Fairmont, according to a criminal complaint.
