Fairfax bar owner partially defeats DUI case for 2nd time

A Marin County Superior Court judge dismissed a charge against a Fairfax bar owner accused of injuring a pedestrian while driving under the influence of alcohol. Judge Kevin Murphy reviewed the case of Edward Bacci, 81, during a pretrial hearing Monday.
