Fraser council to revisit Sheetz conditional rezoning request
Attorneys for the Sheetz company will make a return appearance Thursday evening as they ask the Fraser City Council for a variance on lighting for the project. The Pennsylvania-based company went before council in 2025 to gain approval for an $8 million fuel center, convenience store, and restaurant to be constructed at the site of the former State Bank of Fraser on Utica and 14 Mile roads.
