Meals On Wheel-Chairs: Residents Race In A Bid To Raise Awareness Of Vital Service

Seven speedy racers took to their motorised chairs at Harrogate Neighbours’ The Cuttings to see who could deliver a meal to a volunteer in the quickest time. The racing residents, all in their 70s and 80s, included, ‘Dennnis The Menace Corner’, ‘Fast Fred’, ‘Powerful Pauline’, ‘Speedy Prest’, ‘Flying Flynne’, ‘Flash Gordon’ and ‘Dangerous Dave’.
