Driver Killed Father, Injured Boy After Sending 44 Snapchats at 100km/h

GLENGARRY, VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA, JUL 17 – Peter Agius was sentenced to nearly 10 years for gross negligence causing death and serious injury after sending 85 Snapchat messages while driving at 100 km/h, court records show.

Peter Agius wept in court as he learnt his fate over the fatal crash that robbed a six-year-old boy of his father and left him with a permanent brain injury.
