According to the indictment, Daniel Pap, 23, obtained a bottle of flammable material, arrived at the apartment of the complainant, who was apparently in conflict with Pap, and set fire to the front door of his house. In another incident, the defendant threw a stun grenade at the residential building, and set fire to vehicles in its parking lot.
