The former executive director of the North Bergen Housing Authority is accused of using a city vendor to complete work at his private home and paying for it using a housing authority account, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office announced. Gerald Sanzari, 63, of River Edge is charged with two counts of third-degree theft by unlawful taking.
