Guanajuato, Gto.- A video leaked on social networks activated the protocol of action of Internal Affairs to investigate an alleged “moche” to an element of Transit and Mobility. On Friday afternoon a video was leaked to social networks where a member of the Undersecretary of Transit, Mobility and Transportation of Guanajuato capital allegedly received money in exchange for not issuing a fine against a public transport unit.
