80 years ago the Second World War came to an end. Long ago, but witnesses from the region still remember the war and the time afterwards and tell about it.

Neumarkt - At the end of the Second World War, Neumarkt was largely destroyed. 80 years later, only a few contemporary witnesses still live. Thus, three new marketers, who were still children at that time, experienced those dramatic days in April and May 1945 and the weeks after.

It is a day of liberation, a special day of memory, but also a reminder and task of action
