Every Meal Invests in Solar Power to Power its Hunger-Fighting Mission

Every Friday during the school year, thousands of students in the Twin Cities take home extra food for the weekend thanks to Every Meal. Launched in 2010, the nonprofit supplies kids and families who live in food-insecure homes with easy-to-prepare, culturally relevant meals and pantry staples.
