HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) -- An Evansville woman was arrested Thursday, after police say she punched a nine-week-old puppy in the head. An affidavit obtained by Eyewitness News says two officers were were dispatched to Pollack Avenue on Thursday after a caller told dispatch her roommate punched her puppy.
