With Austria's victory at the Eurovision Song Contest in Basel, it was also clear that the ESC 2026 will take place in Austria. The central question is in which city the megaevent takes place. Today, on 2 June 2025, the application process for the host city of the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 was launched. By 4 July, the application documents of Austrian cities and municipalities can be submitted to ORF.
