European Council President António Costa, UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham, Luxembourg Prime Minister Luc Frieden, Moldovan President Maia Sandu, and Estonian President Alar Karis arrived in Ukraine on Monday, which is celebrating the 35th anniversary of its independence.

On 24 August, the leaders of the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Moldova and Estonia, as well as the President of the European Council, arrived in Kiev.
