European Court of Human Rights decision on climate change welcomed - Sustainable Action Now (SAN)

(GLAND, Switzerland) 9 April 2024 – Today, the European Court of Human Rights ruled in favour of a group of older women from Switzerland – the Klima Seniorinnen – who had brought the case arguing that their human rights were violated because their government had not done enough to tackle climate change.
