The US 28-point peace proposal has not pleased either Kiev or its European allies. The US has already promised changes, while European countries have come up with modifications to the plan, which were published by The Daily Telegraph. This option does not include territorial concessions and leaves open the possibility of Ukraine joining NATO. Russia has not officially commented on the modified version.
