UPDATE, 5/25/25, 10 p.m.: Authories said after a follow up investigation late this evening, the warrant for the arrest of Marlon Keith Brown has been recalled. Brown was not arrested, and officials said they do not anticipate him being charged at this time. This is still an active investigation and additional warrants are expected, authorities said.
