The Czech government issued a statement condemning the Chinese Communist Party-related hacker groups for launching cyber attacks on non-confidential networks. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China said that Taiwan suffers millions of cyber intrusions on average every day, most of which come from China, and it feels the same threat faced by the Czech Republic.

The attack by Chinese hackers on emails and databases of domestic diplomacy could have been an attempt to identify specific people from the department, BIS representatives told Czech Television. The Czech Republic is now strengthening measures against similar attacks. Europe and the United States are also examining the safety of Chinese solar panels.
