Ethical challenges of science

There is currently a need for human organs for transplants. This is challenging scientific and medical ethics. This is confirmed by an article written by three Stanford University scientists, published in MIT Technology Review. The article suggests that a solution to this challenge could exist without further exploitation of living animal species for laboratory experiments.
