Estranged husband charged with Joy St Omer’s murder

Primus Toussaint has been formally charged with last Wednesday’s shooting death of his wife, Joy St Omer. Toussaint, 34, of Belvedere, Canaries, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court in Castries yesterday, May 25, and was remanded until June 30 when he will make his next court appearance.
