ESTEVAN — A motorist has been charged for impaired driving after he was arrested by the Estevan Police Service (EPS). According to the May 20 police report, a traffic stop during night shift resulted in a 39-year-old Estevan man being charged for drug-impaired driving after the EPS said he performed poorly on tests administered by a drug recognition expert.
