- On Wednesday, Mr Justice Brian Cregan ordered Enoch Burke, former teacher, to remain in prison over Christmas unless he purges his contempt of court at the High Court in Dublin.
- After the principal's instruction about a pupil's name and pronouns, Enoch Burke, former teacher, was suspended and dismissed, then repeatedly trespassed Wilson's Hospital School, Co Westmeath, breaching court orders.
- More than 500 days behind bars, Mr Justice Brian Cregan called Enoch Burke `a baleful and malign presence` and an intruder stalking Wilson's Hospital School.
- On December 13th, the Disciplinary Appeals Panel will convene, the judge ordered Burke to appear, awarded legal costs, and asked the Attorney General to consider criminal contempt proceedings against Burke and family members.
- Mr Justice Cregan said Burke's imprisonment is not about transgenderism but refusal to obey court instructions, accusing Burke family of a deliberate attack on Irish civil courts since at least 2008.
