Enoch Burke returned to jail for breaching court orders
Enoch Burke was arrested after breaching a court injunction barring him from Wilson's Hospital School, leading to his immediate return to Mountjoy Prison, the court said.

- Burke has been fined more than €225,000 and jailed for 550 days, and he is due back in court on Wednesday in his challenge against the Disciplinary Appeals Panel.
- His case traces back to a 2022 dispute over a pupil's new name and pronouns, and he alleges the DAP denied fair procedures at the December 13 hearing.
