Energy: Tension in Lubricant Distributors in Senegal

The Senegalese Lubricants Company (CSL) is at the heart of a judicial arm involving its three shareholders: TotalEnergys Marketing Africa, Shell Petroleum Company Limited and Ola Energy Senegal.
