- The agreement includes significant wage increases, improvements to health, dental, and vision benefits, enhanced gratuity policy, and commitments to stabilize hours and review the pension plan.
- Workers not earning gratuities will see 4.25% annual raises, gratuity earners receive 4% in the first year and 2.5% in the following two years, with Le Café cooks getting an additional $1 per hour and utility attendants 50 cents more.
