The emergency department (ED) at Ikazia Hospital in South Rotterdam is closed as a precaution due to an internal power outage that occurred Thursday afternoon. Ambulances are being diverted to other hospitals as a result. It is not yet known when emergency cases will be able to return to Ikazia Hospital.
