In the third quarter of 2025, 98.3 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity were generated and fed into the grid in Germany. According to preliminary figures released by the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), this represents a 2.0% increase compared to the third quarter of 2024 (96.3 billion kilowatt-hours).
