(KRON) -- The final days of an elderly Fremont man's life were marred by a series of heartbreaking events, according to his family. George Encarnacion, 76, was struggling with his mental health and he was evicted from his Fremont home just days before he was struck by cars on Paseo Padre Parkway, his family said.
