A ground-floor apartment in an apartment building in the eighth district burned down completely. The fire may have been caused by a retired man living there, who deliberately opened a gas cylinder, broke the gas pipes, and then lit it. According to neighbors, the man has had delusions for years and has long threatened to blow up the apartment. The elderly man was taken to hospital with burns by ambulance.
