In Oaxaca, "El Abuln", second in command of the criminal group "Los Mezcales", is arrested.
C. M. M. M., alias “El Abulon”, “El Coco”, “El Pena”, “La Iguana” and/or “León”, was captured in a private division of Oaxaca de Juárez during a coordinated operation between the Ministry of the Navy and the Oaxaca Prosecutor’s Office.
