ACTION 8 UPDATE: Storm damage has been reported in Bullock County, possibly caused by a tornado. That area was under a brief tornado warning this morning around 4AM. The National Weather Service office in Birmingham has survey teams checking the damage. Those meteorologists say they have found damage consistent to what would be caused by a tornado.
