Salesians in Rwanda at the Don Bosco Youth Education for All have launched the “Laudato Si’ in Action: Caring for Our Common Home” initiative, a campaign designed to combine environmental education with practical community actions
The Education Committee concludes its analysis of initiatives on environmental education and school gardens. The committee issued a negative ruling on four proposed reforms to the General Education Law related to school gardens, environmental education, and sustainable development. The committee determined that the proposed topics are already covered by current legislation, and therefore, a legal reform was deemed unnecessary.
