A Good Samaritan rescued a driver whose vehicle crashed into a retention pond at the Premium Outlet Mall in Edinburgh yesterday. According to the Edinburgh Police Department, officers and firefighters were called to the mall after a driver lost control of their SUV and drove it into the pond.
