Eder Faces Two Federal Charges

Channing Eder of Wolf Point is facing two charges in U.S. District Court for the District of Montana in Great Falls. Charges are possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. If convicted, the mandatory minimum sentence is 15 years to life imprisonment, a $20,000 fine and at least 10 years of supervised release. The second count is being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm.
