Eden Prairie printmaker brings her craft to State Fair

Eden Prairie printmaker Betsy Hsiao will spend Thursday, Sept. 3, carving, inking and printing with three wood blocks as Minnesota State Fair visitors watch the images emerge one color at a time. Hsiao is one of 12 Minnesota artists participating in Studio: HERE, an artist-in-residence program in the Fine Arts Center.
