Two million euros fine against Unilever France for late payments by suppliers

The fine targeting the agri-food giant follows an investigation launched by the Repression of Fraud (DGCCRF) “on compliance with the rules of the Commercial Code in terms of payment deadlines”.

The French branch of the food and hygiene products giant was reprimanded by the Fraud Repression on Monday.
