During the week we have breakfast early, on free days hours later – and dinner is also delayed. A new study with more than 100,000 adults shows: "Eating Jetlag" could add more to the heart than previously thought.
A French study conducted by the Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale published in September shows that, over 14 years, every hour of lag is associated, in men, with an increase of 14% in the risk of cardiovascular disease and 21% in the risk of coronary heart disease.
