Easterseals Rehabilitation Center has a new husband, wife medical team

WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) - Easterseals Rehabilitation Center has a new medical team. Following the retirement of longtime medical director Dr. Ellen Kitts, they announced they have a new husband and wife team on board. Dr. David Mosman is the new medical director and Amanda Mosman, a physician assistant, will both be seeing clients at the center one to two days a week.
