The New England bank where customers apparently get the most satisfying service is once again far from Boston. But two Massachusetts banks are close behind in the rankings.

J.D. Power recognizes Centier Bank for customer satisfaction

Merrillville, Ind.-based Centier Bank was named the best retail bank for customer satisfaction in the north central region by J.D.
