East Liverpool Schools awarded literacy grant for older students

EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio (WKBN) -- East Liverpool City Schools are getting over a million dollars to help students with reading. The $1.5 million Comprehensive Literacy State Development grant is funded by the U.S. Department of Education.
