DULUTH — A man who traveled to Oklahoma to pick up a 16-year-old girl and brought her back to his Duluth apartment has been sentenced to prison time. Jeremy Jon Sertich, 34, received a guideline 17-month term from Judge Theresa Neo on Monday, having pleaded guilty last month to depriving another of parental rights, fourth-degree assault and obstructing the legal process.
