DUI Checkpoint Planned in Goleta on Friday, Sept. 19

The Goleta Police Department, along with officers from outside agencies including the California Highway Patrol, will hold an overnight DUI checkpoint, 6 p.m.-2 a.m. Friday Sept. 19 at an undisclosed location within the city of Goleta. Checkpoint locations are chosen based on a history of DUI crashes and arrests.
