Duda: The President Cannot Have Addictions that Affect His Consciousness

The commander-in-chief of the armed forces cannot have addictions that cause him to make decisions on the most important matters not in a fully conscious manner, President Andrzej Duda said on Monday. He added that it would be quite reasonable if such an issue were actually checked.
