Drug Collections held this weekend in Springfield, other Western Mass communities

SPRINGFIELD — The city is holding a prescription drug collection day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday at Central High School on Roosevelt Avenue.The event is an opportunity for people to dispose of unneeded prescription and over-the-counter medications in a safe and environmentally friendly way.
