Ottawa Man, 20, Drowns in St. Lawrence River: OPP

ST. LAWRENCE RIVER NEAR GANANOQUE, ONTARIO, JUL 19 – The 20-year-old was underwater for nine minutes after falling from a stationary boat without a personal flotation device, police said during rescue efforts.
